Credit derivatives terminology

ISDA: International Swaps and Derivatives Association[1], a New York based trade body consisting of dealers, brokers, risk management professionals, etc. in the derivatives trade. ISDA virtually represents global OTC derivatives business and ISDA’s documentation is relied on world-over.
